Requirements

In order for a patient to qualify for receiving medical marijuana, the law requires patient to receive certification from a licensed healthcare practitioner. A licensed doctor, within the scope of authorized practice, has the primary responsibility for determining the patient’s qualifying condition for care and treatment.

• Dose increase request fees
• Refill fees or any other follow up fees during your 210 day (7 Month) certification period.

Required 210 day Re-Certification

$150

 This is State mandated follow up every 7 months.
 New orders cannot be entered for a patient by a qualified physician without this follow up visit.
 Veterans only pay $100.

Process takes 2 weeks for approval.

 The State takes this amount of time to verify your identity, Florida residency status, process your credit/debit card payment, approve and send congratulatory email.
 You can buy medication from approved state dispensaries immediately once the email is received.
 Your physical card will come in the mail to your home address shortly after the email.
